How are Our Natural Factory skin care products different from others?

Here at Our Natural Factory, we emphasize greatly on the need to provide you, our valuable customer, with high quality, truly natural beauty products. When you purchase any of our skin care products, you know you’re getting more than that. What  accompanies your purchase is also the trust and confidence that your skin is receiving the most natural skin care ever possible.

How can I pay for my purchase at Our Natural Factory?

At Our Natural Factory, you’re able to pay for your purchases through two simple means.

  • Secured PayPal sytem
  • Internet Banking

If you opt for payment through internet banking, your purchases will not be shipped out  until our staff has confirmed that your payment has been received. Currently, you can transfer your payment to any of bank accounts below:

  • OCBC
  • POSB/DBS
  • UOB

Our staff will contact you with regards to the account number which you can transfer your payment to.

When will I receive any receipt upon payment?

If you pay for your purchases through the PayPal system, you’ll receive a notification email from PayPal itself. Additionally, after our staff has confirmed your payment and order, we’ll send you another receipt, from Our Natural Factory, to acknowledge your payment and to inform you know that we’ve already gone into processing your order.

If you opt to pay through internet banking, you’ll also be issued a receipt from Our Natural Factory to your email address provided after our staff confirmed that your payment has been received.

I've just paid for my purchases. When will I receive my purchases?

After we’ve received your payment, our staff will get in touch with you to advise on the earliest possible delivery date. :-)

Do I need to pay for the delivery charges?

For all purchases above or equal to S$35, we’ll deliver your products to you free-of-charge. And for purchases less than S$35, a delivery charge of S$5.00 will be imposed.

What are discount coupons? How can I get them?

Occasionally, we will send out surveys or  organize online competition and request our customers to participate. Discount coupons are a way of us thanking our valuable customers for their trust and confidence in our all-natural products.

Currently, we’re giving out a complimentary eBook, “Beating Stress” and a 5% discount coupon to friends who like Our Natural Factory Facebook page.

Are the discount coupons transferable?

Yes! You can give away to your friends or relatives or receive discount coupons from them for your next purchases. It’s all up to you! :-)

The all-natural skin care products which I want are out-of-stock. Can I make any reservation for them?

Yes, in fact we welcome reservation. Priority is always given to customers who make reservation for our fast-selling skin products . To reserve your all-natural skin care products, you can use our Product Reservation form and submit it to us. Our staff will advise you on the next possible date of collection.
